The Jarman, is a Red Sniper that has been infected by Jarate. As a result of this a jar full of his own piss has appeared in his mouth.

 

 

He at first appeared as a victim of a mingebag attack which quicky evolved into being a hunted victim. Afterwards he began to evolve futher from being scared of everyone around him of that one attack from a mingebag to being the most feared thing in the world of TF2. His powers then quickly developed to allow him to move through glass and for his Jar to glow in the dark. With his powers emerging and his abilities becoming so strong that he now strikes fear into most of the Team Fortress world, this truely shows that a cartoon world, isn't as safe as you'd believe it to be.

 

So for now watch your back, watch the water, watch the windows, watch your feet, avoid the dark and RUN!
